I recently had a great stay at this hotel. Firstly, the value for money was impressive. I found the prices to be very affordable, especially considering the location. Speaking of which, the hotel is conveniently situated between two major stations in Deira, making it easy to get around. Plus, there are plenty of Indian vegetarian restaurants nearby, which was a big bonus. Secondly, the staff were attentive and provided excellent service. They were friendly and always willing to help. Lastly, the rooms were clean and well-maintained. I particularly liked the fact that the rooms had two single beds, which was perfect for my needs.

Everything was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

I recently stayed at Sun And Sands Downtown for a week-long vacation. The hotel's location was perfect, just a minute walk from Ghurair Center and surrounded by many restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets. I was also delighted to find a nearby basketball court where I could enjoy watching people shoot hoops. The hotel was easily accessible to Metro Stations, Bus Stops, Malls, and Food Chains, making it convenient for sightseeing. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and our room had a balcony with a great view of Al Ghurair Mall and the nearby food chains and stalls. The hotel also offered a nice pool and free WiFi.
